Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join its remote Patient Care Center, handling phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities. You will manage medication profiles, onboarding, and support processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy settings with strong phone-based service.
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification required (PTCB/NHA).
• Comfort with data entry and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to patients.
• Answer high volume inbound calls and resolve questions as the ExactCare expert.
• Place outbound calls to update medication profiles and onboarding.
• Assist with patient questions, case queues, and problem solving.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and medical staff for patient care.
