Job summary

AnazaoHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Customer Service Technician for a remote role with occasional on-site activities as needed. The position supports patients, organizations, sales and the pharmacy by handling calls, maintaining HIPAA-compliant processes, and triaging workloads to ensure efficient service.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Pharmacy Technician License, excels in English communication, and is proficient with Windows, Office 365, and Teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Windows, Office 365 Suite, Teams, and accurate typing.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Active/current Pharmacy Technician License required. State registration as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures security of Protected Health Information per HIPAA requirements.
• Answers incoming calls from 8A-5:30PM EST (hours subject to change based on business need).
• Resolve escalated issues utilizing AnazaoHealth’s SOP.
• Outbound calls and other assignments within Customer Service as assigned.
• Triages work to various work areas and confirms by workflow.
• Works in pharmacy on location as needed to meet business needs.
