Qualifications

• URAC competencies include strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Interacts with subscribers, providers, and administrators to provide claims, customer service, and membership support.
• Researches issues to provide proactive, thorough solutions and ensures high-quality resolution.
• Guides customers in using technology and resources to manage their accounts.
