Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and experience in an automated customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with internal functions to ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to provide claims, customer service, and membership support.
• Completes necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
• Provides guidance to customers on using technology, tools and resources available to them.
