Candidates must hold an active license (state or national as required), a HS diploma, and 2+ years of pharmacy experience or an equivalent background. Strong communication and EHR skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies member information and inputs medication data.
• Ensures medication access and adherence to optimize health.
• Educates members on pharmacy rules related to prescriptions and resources.
• Processes prior authorization requests and ensures Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
• Provides resolution to grievances and appeals.
• Responds to inquiries from patients, providers, and team members.
• Receives calls from members to address medication needs.
