VytlOne is seeking a Payor Contracting Specialist for a remote-based contract position within the Continental US. You will handle contract documents, enrollment and credentialing tasks, and maintain departmental records with minimal supervision.

Experience in pharmacy contracting is required and problem-solving is encouraged. Responsibilities include rate validation, negotiations, and cross-department coordination, all while upholding policies and timely communications.

Qualifikationen

• Education must be high school diploma or higher; bachelor's preferred.
• Pharmacy contracting/enrollment experience required.
• Basic knowledge of contracts, third party insurance, and claims processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools.

• Timely and accurately complete new and renewing contract documents.
• Coordinate with management on payor contracts for negotiations and rate validation.
• Maintain departmental database and demographic information for pharmacies and contracts.
• Follow up with pending tasks and provide status updates.

• Ensure contractual documents are recorded and saved per policies.
• Develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
