Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Contract and Payment Specialist III for a remote, 1-year engagement. The role focuses on maintaining contract documents and data within the contract database to ensure compliance with purchasing, finance, and compliance policies.

You will independently evaluate, manage, and prioritize contract processing tasks, coordinating with clinical teams and vendors to maintain timely payment requests and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or High School diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Solid understanding of contracting, finance, budgeting, and corporate policies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment while prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract documents and data in the contract database, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Evaluate, manage, and prioritize contract processing tasks from pre-negotiated contracts through completion.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, analysts, and other departments to maintain payment request flow.
• Ensure accurate reporting by maintaining payments and historical entries in the database.
