VytlOne is seeking a Payor Contracting Specialist to perform a variety of administrative functions for our owned and managed pharmacies. You will complete and track contracts, credentialing forms, surveys, and maintain departmental documents while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role is remote-based within the Continental US, offering competitive compensation and a broad benefits package to support health and wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in pharmacy contracting, insurance, or related environment.
• Basic knowledge of contracts, third party insurance, and claims processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF tools.

Aufgaben

• Timely and accurately complete new and renewing contract documents.
• Coordinate with management on new payor contracts for negotiations and rate validation.
• Maintain departmental database and demographic information for pharmacies and contracts.
• Track pending tasks and provide status updates.
• Communicate effectively with external and internal departments.
• Ensure contractual agreements are submitted and recorded according to policy.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow directions with minimal supervision and adapt knowledge to new situations.
