Job summary

VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is hiring a Pharmacy Support Specialist for the Southeastern US region. The role is remote with up to 25% travel, paying $65,000–$75,000 per year, DOE.

You will manage training projects, documentation, helpdesk monitoring, and general operations support to ensure pharmacy systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate has a PTCB certification, at least four years of pharmacy experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• PTCB certification is required.
• Minimum of four years of pharmacy experience is required.
• Experience with pharmacy systems and training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations and training initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for pharmacy staff.
• Monitor helpdesk and equipment needs and maintain records.
• Coordinate training schedules with management.
• Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
