Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our remote specialty pharmacy team. This role supports patients, handles refills, data entry, and coordinating deliveries while ensuring HIPAA compliance and quality service. A Pharmacy Technician or strong customer service background is ideal.

Qualifications

Previous pharmacy experience and patient-based service.
Retail experience preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service experience.
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Answer new referral intake and/or refill calls in a timely and professional manner.
Update information in the computer system accurately.
Contact patients to collect information for their medical charts.
Schedule deliveries and arrange shipping as needed.
Participate in performance improvement processes and team initiatives.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
