Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations; use data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and demand; collaborate with Workforce Management to ensure coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs to support patient safety and compliance.
• Lead change by implementing new workflows and tools with clear expectations for the team.
• Build deep proficiency across Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato to optimize workflows.
• Maintain frontline workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient, provider, clinical, and operational issues.
