Fuze Health Inc. is building the pharmacy of the future with a remote Care Operations team leading Remote Pharmacists who perform verification, patient consultations and other clinical workflows.

The Care Supervisor oversees a team, drives performance, and coaches direct reports to maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Workforce Management and Pharmacy Operations, with a hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching a team and setting performance expectations.
• Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists delivering verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs with Workforce Management to ensure coverage.
• Plan and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change and implement new workflows and tools.
• Build expertise across pharmacy systems and workflows (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
