Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service handling complex needs over the phone.
• 1+ years using Windows-based applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• 1+ years of keyboarding experience and aptitude.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License and/or IL certification as required.
• Direct hardwired internet with 25 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up; Illinois resident.
• Must live in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls about complex specialty orders and enrollments.
• Coordinate and process new/refill order shipments with insurance verification.
• Verify eligibility, prior authorizations, and reimbursement requirements.
• Assist in enrolling and tracking new customer referrals.
• Explain CVS/Specialty services to new customers.
• Escalate clinical questions to the staff pharmacist when needed.
