Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Pharmacy Care Representative to operate from home in Michigan. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, verify benefits, enroll patients, and assist with prescription processing and referrals.

The role requires solid customer service experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Training is virtual, schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm EST, with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role handling high volume inquiries over the phone.
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) and internet navigation.
• 1+ years of keyboarding experience and aptitude.
• Must have a wired home internet connection and meet speed requirements.
• Must live in Michigan (work from home).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound/outbound calls regarding complex Specialty orders and benefits verification.
• Coordinate and process requests for new and refill shipments; verify eligibility and prior authorization.
• Assist in enrolling and tracking new customer referrals and explain CVS/Specialty services.
• Transfer/escalate clinical questions to the staff pharmacist for resolution.
