The role involves handling 60–80 inbound calls daily, researching and resolving inquiries across multiple systems, and documenting interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 60 to 80 inbound calls per day from members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers regarding prescription benefits.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries while navigating multiple systems.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and completely according to established procedures.
• Use active listening, empathy, and probing questions to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and complete follow-up calls when needed.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, accuracy, first-call resolution, and attendance.
