Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies about PBS, mail-order, or Medicare.
• Document interactions accurately in appropriate systems and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with order status, home delivery transitions, and shipment troubleshooting.
