Job summary
PeaceHealth Shared Services seeks a Manager of Pharmacy Automation and Analytics for a full-time remote role with travel to PeaceHealth sites. Lead data-driven initiatives across pharmacy automation, analytics, and operational processes to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and revenue integrity.
Responsibilities include aligning IT, Revenue Cycle and Pharmacy Operations; building dashboards; guiding standardization of Pyxis and related platforms; and driving continuous improvement across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics or pharmacy or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and projects.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between IT, Revenue Cycle, and Pharmacy Operations.
- Develop insights from medication utilization, inventory and operational data; create dashboards and monthly reports.
- Own pharmacy automation technologies (Pyxis, Med Carousels, logistics) and drive standardization.
- Oversee safety automation metrics and reduce overrides and improve inventory turns.
- Coordinate system standardization opportunities and collaborate on deployments.
- Prepare monthly system initiative reports and present to leadership.
