Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information management, information systems, statistics, or an equivalent combination.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Working knowledge of industry coding standards (e.g., NDC, GPI).
• 10+ years in health insurance or with a PBM is desirable.
• Experience with Medicare Part D data, STAR measures, PDE submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard for pharmacy metrics.
• Lead regulatory reporting from development to submission with vendor partners.
• Conduct data queries to monitor Medicare STAR and quality initiatives.
• Oversee PDE submissions and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Serve as Pharmacy Data Steward and advise cross-functional teams.
• Perform UAT and QA testing to support programs.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders with clear narratives.
• Create data-driven strategies aligned with organizational goals.
