Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Epic Willow Pharmacy Automation Analyst to join our team in a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN. The role focuses on integrating IT with pharmacy operations, including data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and user support.

It serves as a liaison between IT and operations to align system design with process needs. The analyst will participate in deployment, create procedures, ensure HIPAA and Meaningful Use compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years job-related experience.
• Minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Have technical knowledge and the ability to work independently in core areas of the supported application(s), able to resolve problems of moderate complexity.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements.
• Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escape as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete tasks.
• Lead or actively participate in meetings.
• Participate in several projects at one time.
• Provide recognized knowledge of product features, functionality, and utilization of the application software.
• Monitor system effectiveness and/or performance to determine if there are any potential problems, report critical findings to peers and/or manager and resolve moderate problems.
• Participate in disaster recovery initiatives.
• Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
• Provide 24/7 (on-call) support when scheduled.
• Resolve or triage support calls as applicable.
• Develop and maintain test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.
• Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes.
