Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-time Data Analyst to support Pharmacy Data Analytics with primarily remote scheduling. You will analyze data and workflows, design software solutions, and collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to optimize pharmacy automation.

Requirements include pharmacy licensure, CPhT/ExCPT certification, a bachelor’s in a related field, and about 3 years of experience in informatics or data science.

Qualifications

• Registration or licensure with the state board of pharmacy per state of employment requirements.
• Certification through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) or National Healthcareer Association (ExCPT).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as computer science, applied stats, applied math, or data science (or equivalent knowledge).
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in informatics, data science, computer science, statistics, or business analytics.
• Preferred: data modeling, data pipeline creation, Snowflake Cloud Engineering, Python, workflow automation, SQL mastery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, workflows, and processes to design and implement software solutions.
• Identify, map, measure, and improve clinical and workflow processes.
• Conduct workflow analysis and create documentation using modeling techniques.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
• Configure and test systems to meet project requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans; run testing phases and document outcomes.
• Create and deliver end-user training modules; evaluate training effectiveness and support users.
• Communicate project status, manage application version upgrades, and help ensure timelines are met.
• Collaborate with technical staff and clients to implement procedures and applications.
• Consult with providers and leadership to resolve issues related to equipment and applications.
