Sentara Health is hiring a Senior Pharmacy Financial & Analytics Analyst for a remote role. The position focuses on data content and business logic for reporting across Pharmacy, Finance, Analytics and IT, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and documentation of data systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in database management, data analysis, and managed care, plus Pharmacy/PBM experience. Strong SQL and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in Database Management.
• 2+ years in Data Analysis.
• 2+ years in Managed Care.
• Experience in Pharmacy/PBM preferred.
• SQL experience writing queries from scratch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT and Pharmacy.
• Develop expertise in data content and business logic for reporting.
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and support development/testing of processes.
• Understand and document applications, data and technologies for Pharmacy.
