In2 HR & Talent is seeking a Pharmacy/Platform Operations Manager to lead the pharmacy operations and platform integrations for a remote, telehealth-focused care delivery model. You will own the end-to-end prescription flow, partner relationships, and KPI-driven performance across ERP, EMR, e-prescribing, and fulfillment systems.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in operations, including 3+ in pharmacy operations or telehealth.
• 2+ years managing people, including project managers or cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with EMR systems, e-prescribing and pharmacy integrations.
• Experience with order management and fulfillment platforms.
• Track record managing pharmacy partners and vendors to SLAs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, multi-state telehealth operations and pharmacy rules.
• Data-driven: builds dashboards and acts on numbers.

• Own the pharmacy and platform roadmap and prioritization.
• Approve scope, timelines, and go-live readiness; manage risks.
• Convert PM updates into leadership-ready readouts with decisions.
• Oversee day-to-day prescription flow from sign-off to delivery.
• Manage contracts and SLAs with partner pharmacies and shipping vendors.
• Set and track KPIs for turnaround, fulfillment, and refunds.
• Build escalation paths for stuck orders and system issues.
