Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years job-related experience.

• Analyze data collection and workflow to align system design with operations.
• Configure, test, and support the Epic Willow Pharmacy Automation system.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and resolve/moderate problems.
• Lead or participate in meetings and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist training teams by communicating new functionality and system changes.
