Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting, a full-time remote position based in Norfolk, VA. You will oversee analytics infrastructure, develop and maintain pharmacy reports, and support PBM oversight while guiding a team of analysts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience, expertise in SQL, and advanced data visualization skills with Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required.
• 5 years of healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years in managed care PBM analytics including claims, pricing, discounts, and reporting.
• Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Advanced data visualization with Power BI and Tableau preferred.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop reporting frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of analytical resources.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance and Government Performance.
• Support PBM oversight, including contractual terms and invoicing.
• Balance independent analysis with coaching and development of staff.
