Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader to manage Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This is a full-time remote role based in the Norfolk/Nova area, with collaboration across IT, Finance, and Compliance to monitor trends and develop reporting.

The ideal candidate will mentor a team, drive data-driven decisions, and provide ROI analyses. Requires 5+ years healthcare analytics, SQL, Excel expertise, and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with DataBricks preferred.
• Experience developing data driven presentations.
• Experience conducting financial analyses and ROI.
• Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Support PBM oversight (financial guarantees, contractual terms, invoicing).
• Lead a team of analytics resources with mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance teams.
• Foster a servant leadership style and grow team members personally and professionally.
