Job summary

AONC is seeking an Adherence Coordinator to assist the Pharmacy Adherence Manager with organizing team activities, medication reconciliation, and scheduling deliveries. This role operates under pharmacist supervision and does not include direct patient counseling.

Remote position in the United States; requires licensed pharmacy technician with 3 years of experience in specialty, mail order, retail, or hospital settings; Rx To Go Adherence team experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; AA/BS preferred.
• 3 years licensed pharmacy technician experience in specialty, mail order, retail, or hospital.
• 1-year experience with Rx To Go’s Adherence Team preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pharmacist supervision and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Adherence Manager with team activities and workflows.
• Perform routine pharmacy technician tasks and support patient adherence initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling of medication deliveries/pickups and medication reconciliation.
• Develop Pharmacy Adherence Technicians with guidance.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders; no direct patient counseling.
