Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverages and determine medication coverage for patients.
• Refer prescriptions to Prior Authorization or Financial Assistance teams as needed.
• Educate patients on financial responsibility and help with copay cards.
• Document referrals and communicate with nursing staff and physicians.
• Ensure compliant, timely claims processing and issue resolution.
