Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a fully remote Pharmacy Tech in Nashville, TN to serve as an Adherence Care Navigator in a high-volume outbound call center serving Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers. The role focuses on identifying and resolving medication adherence barriers for patients with chronic conditions and documenting interactions in real time across multiple systems.

Candidates should have pharmacy experience and relevant certifications (CPhT/ExCPT or CMA/RMA).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C certifications required.
• Experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Adherence Care Navigators in a high-volume, remote outbound call center.
• Make 80–100 structured outbound calls per day to Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers.
• Identify and resolve medication adherence barriers for patients with chronic conditions.
• Document all interactions in real time across multiple systems.
