Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Nurse Specialist (RN) to support the Adherence Program remotely. You will educate patients on medications, assist with REMS and prior authorizations, and act as a resource to the Prior Authorization Team. Strong documentation and remote collaboration are essential.

The role requires RN licensure (Florida) and experience in oral oncology therapy, with standard 9:00–5:30 remote hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN required with active license in Florida.
• Experience in oral oncology therapy is required.
• Knowledge of prior authorizations and FDA REMS programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about medications, side effects, and treatment plans.
• Assist clinicians with Celgene Authorization numbers and REMS safety information.
• Serve as a resource to the Prior Authorization Team and review PA requests.
• Document thoroughly in OncoEMR, CPR+ and adherence software; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide remote, customer-focused support and participate in ongoing training.
