Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a pharmacist informatics specialist to bridge clinical practice and information systems. You will leverage clinical skills and informatics to optimize medication workflows and support the electronic health record.

The role requires Epic Willow certification or equivalent, three years of pharmacy experience, and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy. It is a fully remote position with standard first-shift hours and no sponsorship (no relocation, no visa).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Licensed in practice state or eligible for reciprocity.
• Three years pharmacist experience or completion of PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics.

Responsibilities

• Supports medication electronic health record with clinical informatics expertise.
• Acts as liaison between clinicians and IT for informatics projects.
• Develops and implements automated clinical rules to improve patient care.
• Consults with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
