Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacist Informatics Specialist to join the Pharmacy Applications team. The role focuses on designing and supporting the electronic health record builds that affect medication workflows, safety, and operations.

Qualified candidates have Epic Willow certification, a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, and at least 3 years of pharmacist experience. This is a fully remote position with standard first-shift hours, eligible for benefits.

Formación

• Epic Willow certification required or in progress.
• Experience with medication records, formularies and shortages.
• Ability to translate clinical decisions into system builds.
• Support and lead cross-functional decision-making.
• Maintain EPIC certification as required by department.

Responsabilidades

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the EHR.
• Serve as liaison regarding clinical informatics and user needs.
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and workflows to improve safety.
• Design and implement new EHR builds to support practice.
• Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
• Analyze complex informatics issues and communicate effectively.
• Support analytics for performance improvement.
• Develop automated clinical rules for patient care.
