Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record from a fully remote location.

The role leverages clinical judgment and informatics expertise to optimize medication safety, improve workflows, and translate clinical needs into system builds. Requires Epic Willow certification or equivalent residency pathway; strong cross-functional collaboration and independent work ability are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• PGY1/PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics or 3 years pharmacist experience acceptable.
• EPIC Willow certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, labeling, interfaces and automation beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support medication EHR through pharmacist informatics and clinical skills.
• Liaise with clinical and IT teams to implement and optimize EHR builds.
• Develop informatics plans, analyze data, and improve medication safety and workflows.
• Design and evaluate new EHR builds to support clinical practice.
