Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support clinical programs remotely across the United States, focusing on pharmacogenomics, MTM, and other clinical initiatives.

In this role you will triage calls, conduct outreach to members and providers, ensure HIPAA compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance metrics. A remote work setup is required with secure workspace.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• PGY1 residency or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage clinical incoming calls and conduct outreach to members, pharmacies, and prescribers.
• Support pharmacogenomics, MTM and other clinical initiatives as needed.
• Provide on-call after-hours support on rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and HIPAA-compliant data handling and service delivery.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics while maintaining high-quality customer service.
