Job summary

Judi Health, a health technology company delivering Unified Claims Processing, seeks a supervisor for clinical pharmacists. You will oversee a team handling prior authorizations, education calls, and provider outreach while maintaining high patient care standards.

Your role includes coaching, onboarding new staff, and collaborating across teams to optimize workflows in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience.
Experience in customer service, call center and prior authorization required.

Responsibilities

Supervise clinical pharmacists handling phone escalations, prior authorizations, and outreach.
Participate in goal setting and review performance of direct reports.
Support training and onboarding of staff, including policies and procedures.
Collaborate with leadership to analyze data and recommend staffing/workflow changes.
Identify career development opportunities for employees.
Perform day-to-day clinical pharmacy functions including prior authorization and education calls.
Meet or exceed performance metrics while maintaining quality and service.
Provide on-call support for after-hours programs and emergencies.
Support initiatives with internal partners on clinical interventions and client onboarding.
