Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a remotely-based Lead Clinical Pharmacist to oversee a team of clinical pharmacists, manage prior authorizations, and drive clinical program outreach. You will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and stay actively engaged in hands-on clinical work in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring, data-driven staffing decisions, and cross-team collaboration with a focus on patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience with PBM or clinical pharmacy.
• Experience in customer service, call center and prior authorization.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume setting.
• Experience with multiple concurrent priorities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of clinical pharmacists handling escalations, prior authorizations, and clinical program outreach.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Train and onboard new clinical pharmacists and develop policies and job aids.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, workflows, and system improvements.
• Perform day-to-day clinical functions including prior authorizations and education calls.
• Meet performance metrics while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Support clinical programs and triage calls to prescribers, pharmacies, and members.
• Provide after-hours on-call support on rotating schedule.
