Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to oversee the Contact Center and Clinical Operations, driving efficiency, quality, and patient safety.

You will lead a team, implement new workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies across multiple states. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service levels and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have experience creating and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Experience as an Operational Manager or leader of a large mail order/clinical operation.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a complex operation.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Expertise maintaining pharmacy compliance with regulatory authorities such as State Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA.
• Experience using analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker) to collect, analyze, and interpret data for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure metrics for efficiency, service levels, and quality in prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team and improve patient experience.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate performance; manage disciplinary actions.
• Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure pharmacy practice complies with regulators and accrediting bodies.
• Triage and resolve day-to-day escalations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
