Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to lead our Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, safe, and scalable pharmacy services. You will drive patient safety, performance metrics, and cross-functional process improvements across the organization.

You will supervise and develop a talented pharmacy team, manage workflows for partnerships and product launches, and coordinate with HR and Recruiting to grow and retain top talent, all while maintaining licensure and

Competenze

Experience creating and enforcing workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
Operational management experience leading large mail order/clinical operations.
Expertise in establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
Expertise maintaining pharmacy compliance with regulatory authorities such as State Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA.
Experience using data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker) to drive operational excellence.

Mansioni

Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
Ensure efficiency, service levels, and quality for prescription processing.
Supervise and mentor a diverse team, focusing on patient experience.
Recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure pharmacy practice complies with regulatory and accreditation agencies, including policy development and Board of Pharmacies.
Triage and resolve day-to-day escalations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence through Quality Performance Metrics.
Oversee deployment, training, and standardization of company policies.
Establish a continuous improvement culture.
Obtain out-of-state licensure for continuity and growth.
Ensure operations comply with local/state/federal rules, payor contracts, and Alto policies.
Own manager on duty expectations and on-call duties.
Maintain good standing with regulatory bodies including State Boards of Pharmacy.
Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and retain pharmacists.
