Job summary

VytlOne is hiring a Pharmacist Analyst to bridge pharmacy practice with software development. You will translate clinical requirements into system designs, validate behavior, and support regulatory compliance across dispensing workflows.

The role encompasses managing FDB updates, master data configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient medication processing in a remote-based Continental US setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent, active license.
• Minimum 2+ years in pharmacy informatics or health tech.
• Experience with dispensing systems and clinical rules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to release.
• Translate pharmacy workflows and regulatory rules into system requirements.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams on functionality.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and validation for new features.
• Validate drug data, dosing, and inventory rules within PMS.
• Configure PMS master data including drug files and alerts.
• Coordinate change management and production readiness.
