Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Regional Clinical Pharmacist to deliver educational and consultative pharmacology services remotely across sites. You will lead process improvements, develop staff education, and help implement disease management guidelines while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

You will collaborate with medical directors, supervise technicians, and drive formulary initiatives, with emphasis on pharmacotherapy optimization and outcome reporting.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Residency or 2 years of post-graduate practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and disease management guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders accurately.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews for safety and efficacy.
• Review prior authorizations and formulary decisions.
• Provide education to staff and clinicians.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate and review monthly/quarterly reports.
