Job summary

VytlOne, a healthcare services company, is seeking a Senior 340B Deployment Analyst to support and optimize 340B program operations remotely. You will lead complex deployments, configure eligibility logic, and work with pharmacy, IT, and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

You will mentor junior analysts, provide guidance on best practices, and stay current with HRSA guidance while maintaining documentation and responding during high-stakes go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in 340B program administration or related areas.
• Experience independently leading end-to-end deployments (TPA/split-billing).
• Experience with 340B software platforms and data feeds.
• Remote work experience with self-direction and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end deployment of 340B split-billing software for covered entities and contract pharmacies.
• Configure and validate 340B eligibility logic and data feeds.
• Onboard contract pharmacies, set up data feeds, and ensure claims matching.
• Analyze claims and eligibility data to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Coordinate HRSA audits, self-audits, and manufacturer responses; maintain documentation.
