Job summary

Syneos Health in Chicago is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to implement the client’s marketing plan and deliver compelling sales presentations to physicians and office staff in a defined territory.

The role requires 1+ year of B2B or pharmaceutical sales, strong account management, and the ability to convey complex clinical information virtually while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum required).
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
