Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an entry level and/or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate and promote products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage a territory, build relationships with key decision makers, and work with management to achieve sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work remotely, and skills in territory planning, data-driven discussions, and ongoing product knowledge development.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific credentials such as PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCPs and patients’ needs.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development on sales and product knowledge training.
