Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (entry level and/or specialty) to educate physicians and healthcare providers about our products and services. You will manage territory focusing on building relationships, driving access, and meeting sales goals in a patient-centered company.

You will collaborate with management to develop territory plans, stay current on product knowledge, and navigate healthcare channels while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and use Zoom.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry certifications/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals).
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Penetration of large accounts and identifying key decision makers.
• Develop customer base and create territory strategies.
• Collaborate with customers as a business partner to grow sales.
• Market/sell Vertical Products.
• Maintain knowledge of long-term trends and patterns to create account business plans.
