Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an entry-level and/or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to educate, promote, and sell healthcare products to physicians and other providers. You will manage a territory, build relationships with key decision makers, and work with management to meet sales goals while delivering quality service.

The role emphasizes interpersonal skills, ongoing product knowledge, and ability to work remotely, with opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform highly influential physicians about details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time spent with customers to achieve expected results.
• Plan and know how to compete and win in a healthcare marketplace.
• Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation.
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Team with customers as a business partner and be proactive in seeking new opportunities.
• Utilize consultative skills to assist customers with their business.
• Market/sell vertical products.
