Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to educate and promote pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will manage territory accounts, identify key decision makers, and balance time with customers to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and use Zoom.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.
