Job summary

Paragon Pharma is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty). You will manage territory accounts, educate physicians about pharmaceutical products, and balance time between customer visits to achieve sales goals.

The role requires staying current on product knowledge and regulatory compliance, with opportunities for growth in a patient-focused company. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and strong communication, plus the ability to work remotely using Zoom.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.
