Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to educate, promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians and specialized providers across a designated territory. You will manage accounts, build relationships, and work with management to achieve sales goals.

This role offers remote work options with travel to meet key customers, requires strong communication, and may involve industry certifications (PSC, CNPR, or CMR).

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as PSC, CNPR, or CMR.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identifies the key decision makers.
• Inform highly influential physicians about the details of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Balance time needed in front of customers to achieve expected results.
• Plan territory including goals and resource allocation for key customers.
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Team with customers as a business partner and develop account business plans.
• Utilize consultative skills to assist customers with their business.
• Market/sell vertical products.
