Job summary

Paragon Pharma in the United States is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry Level and/or Specialty) to manage territory, educate physicians, and promote our pharmaceutical products. The role emphasizes building relationships with health care providers and achieving sales goals in a patient-focused, innovation-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have some sales experience or aptitude, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work remotely using Zoom.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCPs and patients’ needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.
