Job summary

EVERSANA is a global provider of life sciences commercialization services. We are seeking a Sr. Training Manager (Pharmaceutical Sales Training) to develop, deliver, and manage training programs for pharma clients.

This remote, full-time role requires deep disease state knowledge, instructional design, and strong facilitation skills for live or virtual sessions. The successful candidate will lead content development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach field trainers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred
• Experience in supporting all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Product launch experience or major new indication launch experience preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
• Travel 50% based on clients training needs
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science
• Experience and/or Training: 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment; 5+ years in national sales training with curriculum development and delivery

Responsibilities

• Support the development of all required training materials and home study materials
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for dynamic learning materials
• Support Training Directors and Project Managers with detailed project management practices
• Collaborate on LMS setup and production services as required
• Learn new disease state materials and implement timely training
• Provide facilitation for live or virtual sessions
• Provide train-the-trainer and new hire training as requested
• Support sales management with materials and workshops at meetings
• Manage the Training Project Plan and risk through documentation
• On-board, develop, and coach field-based trainers and leaders
• All other duties as assigned
