You will deliver engaging live and virtual sessions, tailor materials to disease states and products, and ensure alignment with regulatory and medical review processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and coach field trainers while traveling up to 50% to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Pharma training environment experience required.
• 5+ years in national sales training with curriculum development and delivery.
• Travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for pharmaceutical clients.
• Lead engaging live and virtual training sessions with strong platform skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content design and implementation.
• Manage training project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• On-board and coach field trainers and sales leaders for projects.
• Support sales management with training materials for national meetings.
